 BIO


Low enters his first season with the California Cougars. He was drafted by the Cougars with the fourth pick in the first round of the 2007 MISL Supplemental Draft. He began his professional career with the California Gold in 2003. He then played for the Syracuse Salty Dogs of the A-League in 2004 with current Cougar Ryan Hall. Low spent the 2005 season in Ireland playing for the first division champion Sligo Rovers. Low earned All-Ireland “Best 11” Team of the year. He returned to the United States in 2006 and played for the Virginia Beach Mariners.

USL: Low played for the Carolina RailHawks in the USL-1. He scored the first goal in the history of the team in their first game as a franchise. played in all 28 games for expansion Carolina in 2007. Low finished the year tied for 11th in the league with 16 points on six goals and four assists. Low was named to the USL-1 All-League Second team in his first season, fellow Cougar Brian Farber was also named to that team. Played in the Lamar Hunt US Open Tournament and helped the team to a semi-finals appearance, where the team lost to the New England Revolution.

College: Low played for Fresno State where he earned all Pac-10 conference first team honors in 2002. As a freshman, he started in all twenty games for the Bulldogs, scoring five goals including two game winning goals and was named to the all WAC second team. Also had two game winning goals as a junior.

High School: Low graduated from Irvington High School where he lettered all four seasons. He was named to the San Jose Mercury News first team, achieved San Jose Mercury Athlete of the Week, and was named to the All East Bay Honors first Team.
