CALIFORNIA COUGARS TO HOLD DANCE TEAM AUDITIONS

STOCKTON, CA— The Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) California Cougars will hold Dance Team auditions, Saturday, September 23, 2006, Stockton Arena, 248 W. Fremont Street, Stockton. as they search for the most energetic, poised and community involved individuals. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.; auditions begin at 10:00 a.m.
Auditioners should be prompt—prepared with all required materials in order to proceed to the auditions. Individuals must be 18 years of age or over to apply. Auditions will include a Question and Answer session with judges representing the MISL and California Cougars. Harmony Flores, dance team choreographer of the Cougars, will be on hand to assist with the auditions. The California Cougars Dance Team will ultimately be comprised of 10-12 individuals.

Must provide an 8” x 10” head and body photograph in either a dance
outfit or swimsuit.

Prior experience recommended as well as media/public speaking experience and community involvement.

Recognized as the best professional indoor soccer league in the world, the MISL California Cougars features internationally recognized players from 31 countries. The team begins its second season Sunday, November 5, 2006 and will play 15 games of their 30 regular season game schedule in their home, the Stockton Arena, a 10,000 seat facility that features unobstructed views of all of the fast-paced MISL action.
